1. Scope of Services
Sovereign Thinkers provides digital coaching programs, live intensives, in-person retreats, and educational materials. These services are not psychotherapy and are not a substitute for mental health treatment. By enrolling, you acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative, non-clinical service aimed at growth and empowerment.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older. Retreat participation requires completed medical and consent forms. Individuals with acute mental health conditions should consult a licensed provider before registering.
3. Payment & Refunds
All payments must be completed via our designated checkout system (e.g., GoHighLevel, Stripe, PayPal).
Refund Policy:
Digital Products & Courses: Non-refundable once accessed
R.I.S.E. U.P.™ & U.P. Add-On Coaching: Refunds available within 72 hours of purchase if no session has been scheduled
Retreats: Non-refundable deposits. Remaining balances are nonrefundable due to processing fees. See full retreat agreement for exceptions.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
For 1:1 or VIP group coaching, you may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. No-shows forfeit the session.
5. Assumption of Risk (Retreats)
Participation in international retreats includes physical, emotional, and environmental risks. All attendees must sign a liability waiver. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. Ask about Affiliates.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, methods, journals, and frameworks (e.g., R.I.S.E. U.P.™) are the intellectual property of Sovereign Thinkers and may not be replicated or redistributed without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
Coaching is not therapy, and no diagnosis or treatment is provided.
Results vary. We do not guarantee income increases, healing timelines, or specific outcomes.
You are responsible for your own decisions and results.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update this policy. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance.
You’ll engage in journaling prompts, guided exercises, embodiment rituals, and weekly sacred assignments that are designed to not just shift your mindset, but transform your nervous system.
Throughout the program, you will:
Develop personal policies that protect your peace, worth, and time
Cultivate deep emotional clarity and spiritual self-trust
Disrupt and release internalized patterns of over-giving, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment
Learn how to embody boundaries without guilt or confusion
